Showings and Open Houses: I schedule and conduct showings of your property, as well as organize open houses to increase visibility and attract potential buyers. I handle and pay for everything.

Paperwork and Closing: I guide you through the process. Essentially I prepare it, and you read and sign it. I have an excellent transaction coordinator that keeps us organized and efficient.
